A mosaic of mini-stories from different areas of Slovakia presenting an original perspective on poverty as a social phenomenon influencing the behaviour of the Slovak populace. The director asks whether such behaviour stems from the fact that Slovaks are unprepared for the new era, or if, rather, they are simply unable to escape a vicious cycle.
