Yeum Jeong Seok (b. 1967, Seoul) graduated from the theatre and film department at Kyung Sung University. He made his first short film, After Thrill’s Gone, in 1992 and soon after debuted in feature films with Bad Times (1994). Another short film, On Earth as in Heaven, was screened at festivals in Buenos Aires and Pusan.
