Lise Akoka (b. France) studied psychology and acting. She was able to combine her two interests through casting and coaching child actors. Chasse Royale is her first film. Romane Gueret (b. France) studied filmmaking at the Sorbonne in Paris, then went on to work as an assistant director, casting assistant, and camerawoman for TV productions. Chasse Royale is her first movie as director.
