Miguel Salazar (Bogotá, Colombia) worked as a photographer before studying film in New York, where he graduated in 2004. As a director of photography, he has shot more than fifteen shorts and music videos. His film Hammer won the Best Short Fiction Film Prize at the 45th Cartagena International Film Festival.
