Synopsis

Eli works as a swimming coach in Chicago but news of his father’s death necessitates his return to his native Israel. Eli seems to have put the past behind him yet, even so, he decides to contact Yotam, a childhood friend, who now runs a flower shop with his fiancée Iris. Reigniting an old friendship sets in motion a series of events that have a lasting impact on the lives of everyone involved… After the success of The Cakemaker Ofir Raul Graizer returns to the Karlovy Vary IFF with an affectionate tribute to 60s and 70s cinema in a film full of emotion, colour and fragrance that pays homage to values such as friendship, love and moral responsibility.
