Life on a farm is quiet and somewhat monotonous, but even here a meteor could strike. Young adoptee Carl feels equally out of place, and should he ever forget, there’s always someone (even distant family members) willing to subtly remind him of it. His adoptive parents mean well, but the family doesn’t talk much about things. He is expected to take over the farm one day, but he would much rather get to know his native Korea. A gently reassuring film about the need to fit in, nostalgically shot on 16mm film.
